Important Update: Summer Sessions
To all our Camp Sunshine Families, Volunteers and friends,
With consideration for the well-being of our families, volunteers, staff, and in adherence to the re-opening guidelines laid out by the State of Maine on April 28th, we are sad to announce the cancellation of our in-person programs scheduled through Labor Day 2020. This includes all sessions scheduled for July, August, and through September 7th. In addition, our office remains closed until further notice.
Through these challenging times so much has changed, and our community and programs have been no exception. As the world grapples with the “new normal”, however, we need only look to our families, volunteers, and friends for inspiration and hope. We know our community’s strength is in its ability to adjust, adapt, and create rays of “Sunshine” even through the most difficult times. We are honored to witness your courage and care for one another as we find new ways to share Camp Sunshine.
The daffodils are at last blooming here in Maine, bringing with them the renewed hope of spring. We look forward to the day we can safely welcome you back through our three yellow doors. Until then, we will stay hard at work to keep Camp Sunshine connected, available for the future, and stronger than ever. We miss you all.
