The Format for the tournament will be an 18-hole, Four-Person Scramble.
Participation Options:
• Individual Player - $175 each
• Corporate - $800 (includes four players and tee-box)
• Premier - $1,000 (includes four players, beverage cart, scoreboard, or other sponsorship)
• Camp Sunshine Family Member or Volunteer Player - $100 each (discounted rate)
All prices inclusive of green fees, golf cart, range balls, awards presentation, prizes, meal, and post-tournament beverage.
