A
free respite for the entire family!
A chance to relax, regroup and revitalize.
Camp Sunshine Wisconsin is hosted
by Yogi Bear’s
Jelly stone
Park Camp-Resort TM in
Warrens, WI.
During the Camp Sunshine Wisconsin
program, participants will have access to activities and facilities
that appeal to all ages and interests. The campground setting
offers plenty of opportunity for fun outdoors: Yogi’s Waterworld,
two miniature golf courses, skate park, basketball, horseshoes,
paddle boats, overnight camp outs and more. There’s plenty
going on indoors as well: arts and crafts, games, adult workshops,
a talent show, a masquerade party, visits from special entertainers,
and more.
Families will be lodged in beautiful
log-villas. Each villa comes complete with two bedrooms, sleeping
loft, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, cable television, laundry
facilities, and heating and air conditioning. Each family will
be given the usage of a golf cart (for adult use only) for transportation
to meals and special events. Three meals daily will be served
in the resort restaurant.

"Thank you - we cannot begin
to say enough. This has been such an amazing experience. Not
only for myself, not only for Amber, but for the whole family.
We have always been close but I feel closer. I feel that I understand
more now than I probably ever would have about how my husband
felt throughout treatments. How this has truly affected all of
us - not just Amber. I am taking so much away with me.

Not only have you given us a vacation
we wouldn't have been able to, you also have given me a renewed
inner strength and spirit. As for Amber, you gave her a week
to feel normal, a time to just enjoy having fun and a chance
to form bonds with the other children that will last a lifetime.
You have also given her motivation. She has been looking for
something to do to help other kids with cancer. After her first
day, she told us that this is what she wanted to do. She wants
to come back and help talk with other kids and be a counselor
to them. She is a very determined girl and I am sure she will
be once she is old enough. Knowing her she'll still be there
every year until she is old enough.
We are so appreciative for all you have done
for us - it's more than you'll ever know."
