My Info:
Ethan and I had the immense pleasure of volunteering for a week at Camp Sunshine this past June. Although the sun did NOT shine until the day we left, we hardly noticed.
This camp is all about fun, for the kids, their siblings and their folks. A week of R & R away from Doctors, hospitals, treatments, and illness.
In it's place: Mini golf, a rock climbing wall, a waterfront complete with kayaks and a sandy beach, a huge sports field, camp site for special sleep-outs, lots of great food, and most importantly, lots of opportunities to make friends with families who share similiar medical challenges.
Camp Sunshine is free to all campers. It is our goal to send two families for a week of fun. If you are so moved, kindly make a donation and help us reach our goal. It doesn't matter how much, every penny counts and is appreciated.
