Camp Sunshine Renovation Update

The calendar says Spring is just days away but with all the snow around here it feels like the middle of winter. Fortunately, our construction team has managed to stay on task.
Since our last update, the second floor was enclosed, the roof and shingles were placed, windows have been installed, stairwells have been opened, and the interior walls on the second floor have all been framed. Meanwhile, the electricians and HVAC folks have been busy doing what they need to do before all of walls and the ceilings are enclosed with sheetrock and ceiling tiles.
Now that the building has become weather tight again, the put-back of the first floor has started with most of the sheet rocking having been finished already in areas where walls had to be removed for structural supports for the second floor.
The building has really started to take its shape and is coming along nicely.
